| The direct phone number for referrals is 330-723-3256 then press 5. (An insurance approval to a specialist does not guarantee payment of services). Your insurance company may require an authorization from your Primary Care Physician upon a referral to a specialist. We will accommodate your insurance company's requirement with a 48-hour notice prior to the specialist appointment. The patient must inform this office when the appointment is scheduled. This office will accommodate your referral request as medical necessity dictates. |
