Effective July 1, 2010, Drs. Kase, Speelman and Cullen will be part of Summa Physicians, Inc. (SPI). Our physicians will continue to have active medical staff privileges only at Medina Hospital and will continue to refer all patients to the hospital facility of their choice. All services will continue at the same location, 970 E. Washington St., Ste 4B. Balances due prior to July 1 , 2010 will continue to be billed by and paid to Drs. Kase, Speelman and Cullen. Please be prepared to write two checks if necessary, one for past due balances prior to July 1, 2010 and one for current co-pay charges paid to SPI. All billing and payments after July 1 will be processed by Summa Physicians, Inc. Please feel free to call our office with any questions or concerns, because we will be here to continue our services to meet all of your medical needs.
